How to report an issue

Every published health article must provide a working corrections email. Include the page URL, the specific statement in question, and a reliable supporting source when available.

What happens next

  • We assess factual, sourcing, safety, attribution, disclosure, and accessibility concerns.
  • Material corrections are noted on the page with the date and nature of the change.
  • Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note when they do not change meaning.
  • A page may be temporarily unpublished when a concern could materially affect safety or accuracy.

We retain the published copy, relevant source material, reviewer comments, and a record of material corrections.
